From the Present to the Future

Coaching is a co-creative process helping the coachee discover and identify the skills, capabilities, and untapped potential that resides within them so they are empowered to explore, develop, and use them. In contrast to a therapist who guides someone in working through their past experiences, a coach works with a functional person to help them become exceptional. Coaching involves asking questions and offering opportunities to challenge the coachee to find their own answers.  This empowers the coachee to find solutions and new ways of being; based on their values, preferences, and perspectives.
